John Brooks
CEO
John has more than a decade operating in and investing into the transportation industry. Prior to his role as a private investor, John spent several years as a CFO as well as in several other finance functions. He received both his BS and Masters in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. He is a CPA and has earned the right to use the CFA designation.
Matthew Decker
President & COO
Matthew has 18 years in the Transportation and Logistics sector to include LTL, FTL, Domestic Rail (intermodal and carload), and Drayage. Most recently Matthew was VP of Intermodal for Coyote Logistics (a UPS company). Matthew received his BS and MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Evan Lee
CFO
Evan has more than a decade working in various finance functions, having spent the past five-plus years as CFO. Prior to his role as CFO, Evan spent several years in private equity (The Sterling Group), investment banking (Credit Suisse) and consulting. He received both his BS and MBA from Indiana University. He is a CPA in the State of Illinois.
Collins Roll
EVP of Operations
Collins has 15+ years working in Supply Chain. He gained expertise in procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and logistics while working at asset-based transportation, non-asset based third party logistics, and manufacturing companies. He received his BS from the University of Tennessee with a focus in logistics and international business.
Alex Blankenship
EVP of Marketing
Alex has 30+ years working in intermodal transportation. He held roles in operations and management, most recently serving as President before selling the company he founded in 2011. His background includes market development in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Alex holds a B.S. in Organizational Management and an MBA.
Robert Thornburg
CIO
Robert has over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology across a wide range of verticals (Banking, Manufacturing, SaaS, and Retail) with over 14 years of experience in transportation and logistics sector. Most recently Robert was SVP, Infrastructure and Operations for Coyote Logistics (a UPS company). Robert attended DeVry University in Illinois for Electronics Engineering.
Patrick Bobo
CLO
Patrick has been practicing law for 14 years, with the past decade spent as an in-house transportation lawyer. Most recently Patrick was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Coyote Logistics (a UPS Company). Patrick received his BA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and his JD from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
Chris Dombrowski
SVP of Sales
Chris has 25+ years of transportation experience with both intermodal carriers and BCO’s (Shippers). Chris started intermodal career with Bay Area Piggyback and worked 13 years at the Hub Group, managing West Coast Sales and a local truck brokerage office. Recently, Chris worked at Del Monte Foods managing their intermodal/international and railcar networks. Chris resides in Concord, CA with wife ( Elisa) and two children.
